sir, i join in mbbs in autononomous gov medical college through neet but now a time suffering from a painful fistula disease from 2 month is still my treatment running . i want to transfer seat from college to nearest medical college for mbbs is it possible ?

Dear Aspirant,
Sorry to inform you but this is not possible. You can not change your seat like that. Most of the colleges take admission through NEET ranks and so does the college near your home. So if you want to shift your seat, you cannot do it just like that.
You can ask the officials about your medical condition, they might help you out with your academics.
