Dear student,
So, even if you have commerce with maths as subject then also you cannot sit for nata exam.
Check out the following link to know the eligibility criteria for nata exam :-

For appearing in NATA exam, you have to first of all fulfill it's eligibility criteria. You should have passed class 12th level or equivalent from a recognised board. And the next important eligibility criteria is - you should have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
Also if you have passed Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate, then also you are eligible.
So, even if you have commerce with maths as subject then also you cannot sit for nata exam.
