Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but it's too late to change examination center/City as admit card is already released for Jee main examination which is scheduled from 1st September to 06th September.
The last date to change examination center/city was 20july 2020.
You can't change the examination center now you need to give examination on the center allotted for you on your admit card.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has closed the facility to change JEE Main 2020 exam centre. The facility was open from through the application form correction window from July 4 to 20. Now there is no way to change the center and you have to give the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) main in the allotted center. You could try and contact the Official maybe they can help you with it. The phone number and email will be the official website but once the admit card is released it is difficult to change the center.

I am afraid there is no facility to change your examination center now, and no such request will be entertained now. You can still write to the authorities but I am not sure they will help you out now as multiple delays have already pushed the exam further.
