Hi Pijuskanti,
As your from other state quota, but you are eligible for DTU.
Every private colleges has just number of seats for reserved category, & their cut offs are very high like in these of colleges.
I'm sorry to say, you can't get DTU at your AIR rank. Try for other private colleges in your area.

Dear Pijuskanti,
As there are certain reservations for each category and according to the analysis of admissions in dtu in 2017 within the category of sc you may get into dtu with your jee sc rank.
As you are out of delhi you are considered as non-home state so you may get admission in one of the department/branch.
