You don't need to have comprehensive knowledge of Mathematics for NEET. The question paper of NEET includes Physics,Chemistry and Biology(Zoology and Botany). You just need basic concepts of Mathematics that are required for the better understanding of Physics.
Just go through the previous years papers to understand the pattern. To get a good AIR,you need to work really hard. Make sure your basic concept is clear. Be thorough with NCERT. You can also get yourself enrolled in coaching centres that will help you prepare well.

The NEET paper consists of three sections: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

As long as your foundation of these three subjects are very strong, you need not fret over whether or not you have had studied Mathematics or not. However, you may simply work on certain areas of Mathematics that intersect with Physics and then you are good to go. Hope this helps.
