sometimes when i study it starts to headache what to do, i am a average student who has scored 74 percentile in jee mains exam

Hey aspirant!!

It is highly prescribed to follow a certain routine if you're not able to follow the timetable.

First of all 74 percentile is not a bad score in JEE, you can however improve that.

Considering the headache issue, plan your day accordingly. Follow the below mentioned steps for a better routine, but adjust is according to yourself.

  1. Include rest time in your routine.
  2. Take small naps in between
  3. Use blue lens spectacles while studying.
  4. Limit the time of phones and laptops

Moreover, I would suggest you to have an eye check-up and consult a proper opthalmologist.

Plan your day and start working on the points mentioned, hopefully this will help in reducing your headaches.
