Hello,

This is not to demotivate you but pursuing  any engineering course can bring lot if hindrance and challenges for someone with weak vision. But anything is possible in this world if one has passion and dedication. Having said that, i would say Metallurgical Engineering, Automation Engineering and Electrical Engineering are the best choices. If you want to get into IITs, you will first have to clear JEE mains and then JEE advance.

I hope this helps.
