Jee Main exam usually comprises some repetative question from past years apart from that if you practices important short questions from respective chapters will be able to answer some questions in Jee Main. You are just unaware of how to channelize your energy, if you have prepared well for your boards then you will remember everything.
You just need to revise the formulas and practice some question papers.
