Yes he can appear for CAT exam if he is final uear graduation or he nust have completed graduation.



Minimum 50%aggregate marks is must in graduation for CAT scpres eligibility into IIM.



Secondly, after CaT scores college conducts GDPI roujds and onky there after admission is conducted.
