Karthick, not all Candidates are required to submit Nativity certificate. Candidates who have completed their studies from 8th to 12th from Schools situated in Tamilnadu need not submit their Nativity Certificate. By the virtue of being born and completing your studies in Tamilnadu, you needn't submit Nativity Certificate. Your school documents will suffice as proof of your Nativity.
