MSc Microbiology and Biotechnology both are good courses and have great job opportunities in near future. But the recruitment areas are more for biotechnologists. Such post graduates are hired in most of the pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, FMCG, in research organizations etc. Microbiology is also one of the top courses chosen by students nowadays. It depends on your point of interest.
