To be eligible to give JEE mains exam the candidate should have passed his/her 12th class with Physics,Chemistry and Maths. And to be eligible to to sit for JEE advanced exam he/she should qualify JEE mains exam, and should have secured at least 75% marks in his/her 12th board exams.

If you are from *general* and *obc* category then you must have >= 75% in 12th.
The eligibility criteria for SC/ST is that they must have >=65% in 12th.
For UPSEE : You must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for SC/ST category candidates) without grace marks in compulsory and optional subjects taken together.
