In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 10145 secured a seat in GMC, Bettiah. That was the closing rank, Loosely converted it might be a score of 575-650. Given the fact that Bihar has higher cut offs, it might go higher in 2020.Now AP NEET Counselling is conducted according to areas like SVU, OU and AU. We do not have 2019 data yet but in 2018 the cut offs for these areas for General Category have been as follows:

AU: 533

SVU:517

OU: 526

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

NEET cut off in 2019 for various government colleges in Bihar were around 599 for general category and in Andhra Pradesh it was 539 -562 depending on college.But every year cut off changes depending on number of candidates appeared, number of seats vacant, difficulty level of examination etc.So you need to score above cut off marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a government college.
