Answering your question, I believe though nothing much can be said without analyzing the JEE mains paper 2020.
But your rank should be under 5k to get a seat, assuming you fall to be Other state in all these NIT's

For getting mechanical engineering in nit trichy,rourkela,surathkal,warangal your rank should be below 5000 in general category and should score more than 200+ in the JEE mains exam,which ich require hard work. Also, you should in the top 20 percentile of 10+2 board exams.
