Well it is difficult to predict as which one is best as it is completely depended on which course you are intrested in but as i researched i think CSE would be a better option as it has lot of scope in future and also the job packages are more than as compared to the electronic engineering.  Electronics Engineer analyse requirements of cost of electronic systems. electronic engineer design and develop electronic equipment whereas CSE engineers develop software application testing debbuing the code.

I would like to inform you that there's a vast difference between the two courses, Computer Science branch allows you to expand your horizons in the file of Web Development, Graphic Designing, Game Development and almost all of the inner software related functionalities concerned with any hardware

However if we talk about Electronics and Communication, it is mainly based on the small electronic chips and how these chips are integrated in the form of circuits to make a device work. All signal related processes and more importantly, the 2G, 3G, 4G LTE signals which we have in the world right now is because of the electronics and telecom engineers.
