Hello dear student,

Greetings!

Eligibility for iit is that candidates must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.

So , you being a student from st category from cbse board, you need to get at least 65 % in class 12th yo be eligible for iit.

Thanks but I am asking for IIIT Delhi which has different eligibility criteria . My question is minimum CBSE board percentage for ST category having Defence sub-category?

There's no relaxation regarding % in class 12th for defence quota.

Yes in iit delhi , there's relaxation of 5 % for defence on seats reserved for them.

My question is about board percentage for IIIT Delhi not for IIT Delhi and minimum percentage for ST category which also having Defence sub-category?(There is separate criteria for IIIT Delhi)
