VIT Vellore has a good infrastructure with 4 acres of lush green areas. There are 2 hostels for boys and 2 for girls, food service is good but the cost is high the food available is very good in quality. There is laboratories and libraries also for the study of the students. Where is Wi-Fi in laboratories, libraries , hostels ,and in classrooms campuses. Faculties are very friendly to the students to teach them the upto date learning procedure. Most of them are from IITs. Cricket is get highest salary of 2 lacs per month.

Placement of civil engineering department of VIT Vellore is more than 85%. 5 or 6 civil engineering core company visited every year for campus interview . Average salary of civil engineer is 3.5 lacs to 7.5 lacs per annum. The highest salary is 11 Lacs of rupees per annum.
