You haven't mentioned the name of college you are enquiring about.

Generally, colleges have an eligibility criteria with minimum percentage in Class 12th as 60%. But this does not mean that you will get admission if you have 60% or above, this is the minimum criteria. Every college has some entrance exam or a merit list based on 12th percentage to give admission to students in this course. So, if you clear that exam or you have name in merit list than only you are eligible for admission.
