Hello there!!
Du cut off varies from college to college. If you want to seek admission in top colleges like ones in North campus, you will have to score above 95% in PCM as admission to Bsc(H) physics is done on the basis of aggregate marks in PCM. However it can go to as low as around 85% for south campus and off campus colleges.
I hope this helps you!

Ankit Kandpal To get into good colleges of DU, you will have to score above 95 in your three main subjects ie PCM. For admission to Bsc(H) physics they only consider the marks of PCM. So you will have to obtain good marks in your PCM.
Good luck!!
