What's IISER?Is it good option if I am unable to get admission in any top state level engineering college?

If you are getting it, then its well and good. But remember it won't provide you engineering

Indian institute of science education and research. Its for science only like bsc , MSc. Not for engineering. It take admission through jee adv , kvpy, and its own entrance. For appearing in its entrance cutoff for CBSE this year is 90%. Its very good institution for science.

You will take admission in these colleges if you couldn't get any IIT
