when will college and school reopen ?how it is possible to get regular college after completing first year by SOL ?explain the procedure

School and colleges across India will probably start from November because the lockdown is till August and the entrance exams are in September.
After that their results will be announced in October and form filling and counselling process will begin in that month, so UGC has proposed to begin the college and schools form November . This proposal is not yet finalised .
