Sir my age is 12, 11,2002 can I fill exam date September 2020 or not?..?

The IB-ACIO examination consist of two exams i.e. tier 1 and tier 2 followed by counselling. The application forms will be given out from August to September 2020. The admit card will be released during October. The tier 1 examination will be held during october 2020 while the tier 2 examination will be held during January 2021.
