D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University was established in 1984. The institute offers 22 courses in total viz., BTech and MTech across multiple specializations.

Admission to BTech is done on the basis of JEE Main score.

The institute has a seat intake of 840 students in BTech.

College Management is responsible for filling up 20% of the total seats.

They must also either qualify JEE Main or MHT-CET.
