After completing B.Pharm you can get a job offering 10000 to 18000 INR per month. This depends on which company you are working in, and your educational background too. If you study well, you can get good job offers. For BSc Agriculture, the salary is higher than B.Pharm. You can get a salary of 30000 to 70000 INR as a Agriculture Development Officier.
