Hey Shiva

Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and National Institute of Technology (NITs) are one of the most reputed and deemed colleges of Indian for Engineering and Applied science studies. Both of them are autonomous and public universities which have an excellent academic and placement record.

Whereas Amrita School of Engineering is also a deemed university but private and has an 'A' accreditation.

Amrita School of Engineering also has a good academic and placement record, it has NIRF ranking of 9 (2019), but few IITs and NITs are above it. So it specifically depends, between which college you are comparing. You may chose top IITs/NITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Rourkela over Amrita School of Engineering and prefer your conditions as well, like locality and fees. Do note Amrita School of Engineering is private.
