why i`m unable to upload my photo and signature in jee form although it follows all given instrction [size, jpg ... etc] but it keeps showing that photo and signatre is invalid

Dear aspirant,
If you have uploaded the photo and signature in the correct format which is in jpg and also you are keeping in mind the size of the photograph then there can be only one problem which is the clarity of the photograph.
The photograph should be clear . The photograph should be 3.5×4.5 cms and size should be between 4kb and 200kb and that of signature should be 4kb and 100 kb.
