During the KCET 2021 counselling, selected choices of college and courses have to be in the order of preference. The authorities will conduct two rounds of KCET counselling 2021 along with a second extended round and special round.

so, as per your above query, There will only be two rounds of KCEt counselling along with two special rounds - second extended and mopup rounds also.  KEA will conduct a special round of KCET 2020 seat allotment if vacant seats are still left after the second extended round.

further for dates of KCET counselling : KEA has released the KCET 2nd extended round seat allotment result at the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates were able to exercise their options for second extended round from December 24 to 26.
