with 38 percentile will i be able to do jee mains counselling for architecture in sc category

Hello Aspirant! Anyone can participate in the counselling if they gave the JEE Mains examination no matter whatever rank or percentile they got. So yes, you can participate in JOSAA counselling for Architecture through SC category. But you won't get any college through the counselling with this percentile of yours. Hope this helps.
