with 94 percent and 84 mark in cet....can i get agriculture or horticulture seat

I am assuming you are from KArnataka(since you have not mentioned it) and you are from general category. As per your marks you have high chances of getting admission in University of Agricultural Sciences( Dharwad) in Agri Management and College of Agriculture(Hassan) in agricultural biotechnology as well as in horticulture.
You can also get university of horticultural sciences, Bagalkot. All the best.
