hello aspirant,

the eligibility criteria for nits, iits, gftis is you need to have 75% marks in 10+2 exam in aggregate. for Jee it is required to take improvement exam for all 5 subjects. you may only attempt once in the improvement exam and the exam should be given on the succeeding year of passing 10+2 exam.
