Dear aspirant
You must be aware that AIIMS counseling takes places through the aiq counseling and if you want to get admission in any AIIMS you will have to attend aiq counseling. In aiq counseling you can give all AIIMS college name and also your state college as option. You can fill all the college which are in option. Cut off for aiq counseling are usually higher than the state quota cut off for the same college.
So if you want better college in state then go for state quota counseling you will get good college at marks lower as you will get in aiq counseling.
To get AIIMS you will have to attend the aiq counseling only.

Hello Aspirant,
So if we go through previous years cut-offs (as for this year the counselling is yet to be concluded) then according to that, you should try to score at least 705-708+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022 to get seat in AIIMS Delhi under general category.
You can check out previous year's counselling allotment results from the official site as given below :-
https://mcc.nic.in/WebinfoUG/File/GetFile//?FileId=4531&LangId=P
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of cut-off for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET UG
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
For various courses at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar, there are various hostel fees. All courses require the same Rs1,000 security deposit charge, which is refundable. In most messes, the monthly cost for four meals—breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner—in the form of a fixed menu is now around Rs. 2000.00; however, in student-run messes, the cost may range from Rs. 2000.00 to Rs. 3000.00. Every mess has a unique way of providing scheduled services and charging for them. Each cafeteria and mess has a rate-list, which students can use to verify the prices.
I hope this helps.
Good Luck
