Hello Ishika Singh,

Your profile suggests that you are Medicine aspirant in 11 th standard, so I'm giving information about MBBS score in AIIMS.

You have not mentioned your Caste Category so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.

To get in All India Institute of Medical Sciences your rank must be around 635+ for General Category in good AIIMS.

Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors. It is difficult to predict this year's cut-offs.

NEET UG 2021 Cut-off:

---••• General Category: 50th Percentile - 720 - 138 Marks

---••• SC/ ST/ OBC: 40th Percentile - 137 - 108 Marks

---••• General - PwD: 45th Percentile - 137 - 122 Marks

---••• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th Percentile - 121-108 Marks

Hello,

------- First of all I would like to tell you after you qualify the NEET Examination, the seat Allotment is done completely on the basis of Merit in the NEET Examination. That means if you score 600+ marks then you will be allotted seat as per your All India Rank for 600+ marks and your seat allotment won't be affected by your XII Standard percentage.

------ Also I would like to inform you that going by the seat allotment data of Round 1 of NEET UG All India Quota, AIQ Counseling, last candidate from SC Category to get seat in AIIMS is in AIIMS Madurai with All India rank a 43,707 which corresponds to 554 Marks.

------- Since AIIMS Madurai is recently opened institution hence its cut off is low, if you score 650+ marks you can get more established and renowned AIIMS such as AIIMS Jodhpur and AIIMS Bhopal.

Hello!

Yes, it is possible to change medical college after 2nd year but it is possible only under some rules by National Medical Commission.

  • Your migration will be granted only on any genuine ground.
  • If a seat is available in the medical college where you want to migrate to, then it is possible.
  • Migration is restricted to 5% of the sanctioned intake of the college during the year.
  • You will not be permitted to migrate to another medical college located in the same city.
  • Reasons allowed are health issue, death of a parent or student, physically handicapped student.

Hello Aspirant,

As per the Annexure-6 available in the information brochure issued by MCC, the UR/OBC/EWS candidate should have secured minimum aggregate of 60% in PCBE combination and therefore it is different from that of NEET UG examination where an aggregate of 50% is required for PCB combination for UR/EWS candidates.

So if you have 54% in PCBE and you belongs to UR/EWS/OBC category then you cannot get admission in AIIMS even after scoring the best possible marks in NEET UG, as per the rules. But you can go for other central universities and other medical colleges that have higher cut-offs but AIIMS would not be available for you if you have failed to secure the minimum prescribed aggregate of 60%.

You can check complete information brochure from the link given below :-
