For mbbs in all  AIIMS including aiims Delhi, admission is on the basis of Neet examination only.  There's no Aiims examination to be given after NEET

This is because,

There is no more Aiims mbbs entrance examination ,it has been scrapped off, and now since 2020 admission in Aiims for MBBS is completely through Neet examination only .

------------------------) Appear in neet

In order to be able to appear in NEET  you need to be eligible for it.To be eligible for neet one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stcategory . Also to be eligible for neet  one has to be at least 17 years old  by 31st December of the year of appearing.

------------------------)  Qualify neet:- Qualifying cut off in neet is given below

• General :- 50th Percentile

• OBC:-  40th Percentile

• SC :-40th Percentile

• ST :-  40th percentile

To be on the safer side, out of 720 marks, target at least around 705 + marks if you want to get mbbs seat in aiims delhi, assuming you from general category.

††††† IMPORTANT NOTE:- Though admission in Aiims is through neet, it's eligibility criteria regarding percentage requirement in 12th is different.

• at least  60  % in aggregate of PCB and English   in 12th examination  if belongs to general /obc category

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that the AIIMS Msc Exam dates have not been released yet. However, the tentative dates from which the AIIMS Msc exams will begin is 27th June 2022 and the Admit card will be released (tentatively) on 19th june 2022.

The AIIMS entrance test is an All India Entrance Exam for M.Sc programmes at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, with a minimum age requirement of 17 years and also an eligibility requirement of 60% in the 10+2 examinations.
