Hello Aspirant,
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some AIIMS in different cities under All India quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
AIIMS Telangana
AIIMS Rajkot
AIIMS Bathinda
AIIMS Kalyani
AIIMS Deoghar
And many more......
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello Ujjwal. You mentioned you come from GEN-EWS category and that you expect to score 609 out of 720 in NEET UG 2021. Based on your marks, your overall percentile ends up around 98.8 - 99.3 and your AIR may end up somewhere around 15195 - 17345 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate.
Getting chance to contest a seat at AIIMS is not going to be easy as seats are very limited and the competition is cutthroat. As you belong to General category with EWS sub-category, the cutoff will be a bit high compared to those for rest of the categories. Considering all those factors, if a candidate belongs to General or GEN-EWS category, he/she should fetch a minimum marks of 670 to increase their chances of getting admission at AIIMS.
So, as per your expected score in NEET UG 2021, it is less likely for you to get admission at AIIMS but you have good chances to get admission at any top-rated Government medical colleges in your Home State via 85% State Quota.
To know more about NEET UG overall Cutoff trends, follow this article:

Another thing worth mentioning is that you have good chances for Government medical colleges for AYUSH courses like BAMS, B.U.M.S, BHMS etc. in both AYUSH All India Counselling and State Counselling.
To know your admission chances in medical/dental colleges with NEET Score, to get a personalized report with Top MBBS & B.D.S Colleges and to check course & counselling wise cut-offs of NEET for various state quotas, caste groups etc., I encourage you to use NEET UG 2021 College Predictor:

Hi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the neet exam,
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then,
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category cut off rank cut off marks
General 51 705
Obc 218 692
Sc 1198 671
St 2239 660
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below
https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ArchiveDownload
So, if you from general category then to get a seat in Aiims Delhi you should target at least 705 marks in neet 2021
