Dear aspirant
At this much all india are you will only get newly created AIIMS, which have been allowed intake in 2018,19 and there are almost very less chance to get good AIIMS like delhi, jodhpur, bhopal, rishikesh, Patna etc.
I'll suggest you to take good govt medical college through Gujarat state quota counseling. You have good chance of getting BJMC, ahmedabad as last year cut off marks for SC category was Air 33042 and 575 marks in NEET 2020. so you have very good chance to get this college and it is one of the best govt medical college in india.
You can also get other good colleges in Gujarat are
Medical College, Baroda
Government Medical College, Surat
Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College, Rajkot
you can check previous year cut off marks for Gujarat from link below

Hi
Making prediction is difficult as cutoff depends upon various factors like :-
-----------) number of students/ candidates that appeared in the neet exam,
-----------) difficulty level of neet examination
-----------) number of available seats,
-----------) performance of different students in the examination,
-----------) the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then,
In neet 2020 cut off for AIIMS Delhi is provided below category wise :-
Category cut off rank cut off marks
General 51 705
Obc 218 692
Sc 1198 671
St 2239 660
You can check the same by downloading the result pdf available on the official website of MCC the link is provided below
https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/Home/ArchiveDownload
So, if you from obc category then to get a seat in Aiims Delhi you need at least around 690 - 695 marks in neet

Dear aspirant
At this rank in OBC category there is very tough for you to get any AIIMS.
Now if we talk about govt college then from AIQ counseling also it's seems very tough for you.
Now as your profile suggest you are from kerala so state counseling cut off marks for last year.
You haven't mentioned your subcategories in OBC as there are many in Kerala State.
Different categories cut off marks
Bh- 611 marks BX-576 marks DV-545 marks ez-606 marks
Mu-611 marks la- 585 marks and vk - 598 marks.
There are similar ranks to last year as of now which I'm hearing. So check your subcategories cut off from above and then you can decide.
Although you will get top self financing medical college in Kerala.
