24 MonthsMSc in Sustainability and Built Environment is a two-year master's focused on enabling innovative solutions for cities through technical expertise and critical thinking. Candidates can specialise in either of the categories mentioned below:
· Affordable Housing - Explore issues relating to the development, financing, and management of housing affordable to very low, low, and moderate-income households.
· Sustainable Built Environment - Understand a range of disciplines that together contribute to urban sustainability. The track takes a multidisciplinary approach and focuses on design, theory and policy.
· Art, Culture and Heritage - Explore the links between cultural heritage (both tangible and intangible) and sustainability through a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches.
· Climate Change - Study the challenges of moving to a low-carbon economy and work on climate impact, adaptation, mitigation and resilience.
· The candidate must be a graduate (10+2+3/4) or equivalent from a recognised institute/university
· Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to improving the built environment
· Good academic and co-curricular record.
