• Afterward, the university sorts its pupils based on who is qualified to work for which company. Pre-placement discussions are given to the students, who are also informed of the firms' arrival dates.
• The students initially submit their paperwork and resume along with other information, on the day of arrival. Then students take the written exam for employment with the company.
• Following one or two rounds of group talks with the students who pass the written exam, a list of the selected students is made public. These selected students then experience a face-to-face interview.
• If the students do well in the interview, the company extends an offer of employment and provides an offer letter.
