Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Gauhati University, Guwahati.

Eligibility Criteria

The Candidate must have 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. (5% relaxation for ST/SC/PWD candidates).

Admission Details

Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech through Direct Entry Scheme must qualify either CITDEE conducted by CIT Kokrajhar or JEE (Mains) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). 60% of intake is allotted for CITDEE and the rest of the seats are allotted for JEE (Mains) qualified candidates.

This college have a very good infrastructure with adequate amount of classes and labs. Laboratories are equipped with latest technologies. It have a two storey library, which offers books of various departments and languages

College Infrastructure

The campus is wonderful. All the facilities are available inside the campus including the ATM service. Three blocks are there. One for the administration and teacher. One for the classes and all consist of all the labs. We have both basketball and LT playground. Wifi is 24*7. The place is clean and the medical and canteen is inside the campus itself

College Infrastructure

I have studied for 4 years in this college. The library in the college is among one of the best and well-equipped libraries in the state. The laboratory equipments are also sufficient to support the syllabus. The college building consist of two blocks and two floors, and the whole building is interconnected. There are 4 hostels in the college campus. Although few hotels are outside the campus, bus service is provided for them.
