Step 2: With the information in hand, the university starts preparing its students. They are informed about the on-campus arrival of the firms and given pre placement talks accordingly so that they are clear about what to expect.
Step 3: On the day of the campus arrival of companies, the students submit their resumes. Then the students go through a written test which checks their aptitude, logical reasoning and technical skills. With this, they try to shortlist the students that go ahead.
