• The Training & Placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure.

• The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then fix dates to visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process via various steps including a Written Test, Group discussion and Interviews. 

• Students need to appear and qualify for a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Students of Dr BR Ambedkar Open University who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify for Group discussions on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interviews namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.
