That would entirely depend on your personal aptitude. If you are an analytical, in-office working kind of person, you'll like CSE. If on the other hand you like the outdoors and architecture, you'll like Civil.

From a financial or entrepreneurial point of view though, CS has more opportunities. Tech startups are highly profitable, and if you want to work for someone else, companies like Apple or Google pay hefty salaries.

Hello.. i would tell you both are the best option.. but Civil has more placements and also it has spread at large Annd civil is in more demand comparing IT

I’ll never suggest for that. Rather select a prestigious pvt institution of AKTU. Near to Faizabad, in Lucknow you can also think about Ramswaroop Memorial. Though I don't know in detail about this college but heard that faculties/teaching/labs are very good.

Before going in AKTU consider two points to choose colleges-

• If Want CS/IT - prefer colleges on the basis of placement record, packages offered.
• If you want core branches ME/CE/EE/EN - prefer colleges on the basis of selection of students in ESE, GATE scores.

Some Prestigious pvt colleges you can consider before admission are-

JSS Academy Noida, AKGEC Ghaziabad, KIETGhaziabad , RMSCET Barielly, RSMCOE Lucknow.
