I am afraid so that you won't get Guru Nanak Dev University, as the closing rank for Computer Science Engineering is around 170000. You can also consider some other esteem colleges like: VIT, LPU, Amity University, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, PES University, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.

Your chances likely  depends on  that if  you are from Punjab or from other state.

Students of  Punjab cut off has gone to 800000(8 lacs) to 900000( 9 lacs) ,

but for other state it has gone 4 00000(5 lacs) -600000(6 lacs).

According to this stats you do have chances of getting your name listed .
