I assume you belong to General category. So I would like to clear that a minimum of 90 percentile is required in CAT in order to get a call from IIM-A for further rounds of selection. Firstly, you don't have to apply separately for the IIMs. Aspirants have to appear for the CAT exam which makes them eligible for the PGP/PGDM programs of the IIMs.

You cannot add any of the programme now that was to be done only at the time of filling the CAT application form.

There is no leverage in the sectional cutoff for admission to IIMs. 
You have a good academic profile and based on your score CAT percentile, you can try for

The final selection procedure also depends on your performance in the PI/GD.

The admission to Indian institutes of management Ahmedabad is a complex process and it not only depends on class 10th with marks.

The admission to Indian institutes of management Ahmedabad depends upon your class 10th 12th marks your graduation marks your CAT percentile and after that if you have very good profile in all this then you will be called for personal interview and analytical written test so if you perform well in all of them then only you will be selected.

You have good chances of getting calls from IIMs, but the old ones, in this case, depends a bit on luck. You have pretty decent marks throughout your academic profile. So, you have chances of getting a call for the second round as you also have a Masters degree, So prepare well for the second round. Best wishes!

 Based on this CAT score the chances are less to get a call from any of IIMs, But you can have the chances to get a call from the colleges.

Along with CAT score all the colleges in which you apply makes a merit list to call the students for the second round of interview and WSAT which is made in the basis of your aggregate score and which is based on different parameters such as CAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non-engineer, gender etc. whose weightage vary according to different colleges.

You need to score 99+ percentile (if you're of general category) to receive a call from IIM A,B & C and 10th/12th Marks should also be more than 90 percent. Work-ex also plays a role in these top IIMs and majority of the students are selected with work-ex and according to my experience, 2 years of work-ex is adequate. All the best.
