Can I get direct admission in iim Lucknow

hello aspirant,

iim lucknow is a premier institute in india. iim accepts cat score to admission in various discipline of post graduate degree. it is not possible to get direct admission. ou need to write cat for pgdm of 2 years and 1 year pgp programmes.

i am a general category btech student 10-93 percent 12-95 percent btech( mechanical) -78.6 percent work experience 2 months passed out 2019 june no drop years what is a good score to achieve in simcats . and what is the minimum percentile to get calls from IIM l,k,i or fms .

As you ask about to which rank you will get iim other mention colleges so to get these colleges through simcat..
As here I am talking about IIM.. so different I am have different cutoff as a you are talking about simcat not cat so if you consistently scoring across 90 your simcat
then you should score five more. In your actual cat to get top colleges like IIM colleges.

I am from SC category.. Graduated in bachelor in veterinary science.. I have average academic profile... How much should i score to get FABM and ABM of IIMA and IIML.... As i have graduation in allied agriculture so will it hamper my chances?

Hello Aspirant,

As you have mentioned that you belong to SC category, you should have a minimum of 60 percent and above to make it into any of the above mentioned colleges. Therefore make sure to get this percent. The course that you have already persued might not add up as your advantage since it is not related to the field you are applying.

If I have 6 years gap after B.Tech from UPTU but I score 99% percentile in CAT 2019. Will I get admission in IIM Lucknow?

Hi Himanshu,
First of all i would like to tell you that your score in 10th 12th and graduation are just average and not good enough to get you a profile based call. And Secondly i would like to address your question. See Himanshu, what matter is not the gap, but how wisely you are able to justify the gap in your interview while selection process.. In case you had a work experience to justify the gap it would have worked wonders.. But anyways I will suggest you to prepare well for the interview and wat rounds, so that you are able to show your potential once you are called for the interview.

Sir I am done B.com From punjab university with 62 % , can i got admission in iim lucknow for MBA

Dear aspirant ,

Yes you can get admission at IIM lucknow for MBA if your CAT score is good enough . You have to get maximum 99 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM lucknow .

Their selection is mostly based on your academic performance in 10th and 12th std and in your bachleor's degree plus your CAT score plus your work experience plus your writing ability test and personal interview . They will calculate your overall score and if you are eligible then you will get a call from the officials .

Sir I Have 78%-10th, 52% in 12th , 55% in BCA, if i will prepare for CAT then is it possible for me to get in IIM.

Dear Aspirant,
You will not get into Top IIM's like Ahmedabad
Top IIM's will keep the cutoff like above 90% throughput 10,12 and your graduation course.
Due to your low academic performance,you have less chance that you will get a call from IIM
But try to score closer to 100 percentile.this will increase the chance if getting better Colleges like state government College which are also good

How much percentile is required to get a call from iim Lucknow and kozhikode if i score 67 percent in 10 and 85 in 12

You have an average academic profile or I would say a below average one . No hard feelings and I would like to put it straight to you. IIM's have students with better profiles to choose from and yours would possibly be rejected if you are not able to fetch a decent score of 99+ percentile in the common admissions test or the CAT. You need to start preparing hard for the exam and have back up options of not and IIM then where to do an MBA from . IIM Lucknow and Kozhikode are the older IIM's and have a lot of repute nationally as well as internationally. But you have a plus point there as these two Indian institutes of management they don't give so much weightage to the academics part and focuses on the cat score as well as you interview part so excelling in both of them might get you a seat in them . See, the thing is that to get in IIMs one need to be great in academics in past too.For instance let me explain you that for IIMs you must have excellent marks in 10th,12th and graduation respectively because that only will help you to stand apart from other aspirants. IIMs are very prestigious and getting into them require a lot.

College Infrastructure

IIM Lucknow as built its own infrastructure, and the rest of the facilities will be provided in future. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has interactive classrooms. Our college has a good library with all facilities, including terminals, to provide in-depth knowledge. A huge variety of food items are served here with average taste.

Faculties in this department is pretty good.

The facilities in our department are very good. Every student gets better and equal treatment. The infrastructure is very good compared to other colleges in our city or district. The quality of facilities in our hostel is good, and the mess food is pretty much better.

College Infrastructure

We have well-equipped library and classrooms with centralised air conditioning system. We have Wi-Fi in each of our hostel rooms and campus area. There is badminton court, basketball court, cricket ground, gym and common room consisting of table tennis, pool and carrom and mess food is good.
