You will have to apply for them. Most probably all good Bschools in tier 1-2-3 category of the country have separate forms on their official websites. These forms have to be filled and then you have to wait for their cutoff emails or calls. Once you get that you've to go through the GD-PI-Wat process.

For IIM Shillong, candidates need to score at least 75 percentile in every section of CAT to qualify for the admission process. Admissions in IIM Ahmedabad is based on your percentile score in CAT entrance exam for which you can prepare during your undergraduate course. Try to maintain a good CGPA throughout your undergraduation as it is also included in the admission process. For now you can concentrate on your 11th and 12th.
