Brother, though it would be easier for me to decide if you had told your CRL rank. As EWS, being implemented for first time, it would be difficult for anyone to decide.

Though, from the past analysis, IESR takes students who rank (CRL) below 10k in GEN and OBC.

Though, you have quota, so might have higher chances but with this rank, it seems IESR quite difficult/unlikely for you.

I would recommend you to give, it's apptitude exam which helds few days after JEE advanced. IESR provides 50% seats vacancy for student to get admitted via this aptitude test.

Your score of 88 marks is decent enough and can definitely land you some IISER. Word was that this year's paper was a bit tough than last year and with your marks well above the cutoff of last year, you might get some IISER. You may have to wait for the third or fourth round of allotment for finally getting a seat as generally it is the third round where students finally decide whether to choose IITs or IISER and thus cutoffs change in the third round. You can also get higher preferences by the floating option. Hope for the best.

Seems quite difficult. Last year, the cutoff was 72/180 for the GEN category. Despite some feedback terming this year's paper as tougher, it stands that the number of candidates would very likely have also shot up this year. Hence, 65 would be a tough call. At best, maybe a seat at any of the newer IISERs seems a lucky scenario. However, do hold on for the allotments, and the later rounds too. It will be a tough call to predict but this is certainly a borderline case and you cannot be sure of getting a seat in any IISER. Had it been with OBC category also, you stood a chance. You should keep your other options open too.

As the counseling process of IISER is about to start now, they launch the website for registration, going with JEE Advanced channel or their own aptitude test, they update seat allotment results after every round in the site. In the site, you create a profile for registration and fill your choices, it is in your profile, you get to know if you have got any seat in any IISER. https://www.iiseradmission.in/apply/ go through this site for registration, counselling will be starting soon.

To get admission through KVPY Channel, you need to qualify KVPY exam. In IISER, KVPY scholars are admitted "automatically'" to the BS-MS program. Admission portal was opened on May 26, 2019 and it will close on June 20, 2019.

According to your rank in ews category that is 3000, yes you can get iiser.  You can get admission in IISER Mohali, IISER bhopal , IISER pune etc.. counselling for JEE is going to start after 25th June,  so fill your choice of seat before that and appear for counselling.  If you want ,you can also fill IISC Bangalore which is good too. I want to tell that IISER never disclose your marks it just tell you whether you are selected or not,this it makes impossible to judge the actual cutoff. 

But as per the stats

For IISER Pune general category minimum 110/180.

For any IISER general category minimum 75/180.

Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the final answer key of IISER Aptitude Test 2019 on June 14. The provisional answer key and response sheet of IISER Admission 2019 aptitude test (for SCB candidates) was released on June 7. Hence you can now view your response sheet.

IISER results are declared within 2 days of writing the exam. But no official marks and merit list has been declared till the last year. They only provide you whether you are selected or not selected.

The key for getting admission to the IISER will be solving maximum questions in the IISER Aptitude Test.

You can get cutoffs online but they are mere guesses. So if you think you have performed well in the exam you can just wait for the results to come out as depending on wrong expectations can be sorrowful if you don't get what you expect.
