I cannot guarantee you the seat as admission not only depends on score but also on the total number of candidates, cut-off marks specified for different categories and availability of seats in that year. Based on my personal experience of preparing for INICET for the past two years, generally, more than 570 score in OBC category is competitive, but you realize or know this may vary technically for final allotment.
