Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Manipal University, Jaipur. The program approved by AICTE.

Candidates are admitted directly to the second year of BTech Programme.

B Tech program in Computer Science & Engineering nurtures students to cope with the ever changing environment in technology and provides a strong foundation in computer science and problem-solving techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

MET 2024 Rank Holders

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or A Level or IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as Compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject for admission to B Tech, with minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subject, put together.

Direct admission

Direct admission is possible if seats are available after MET.

Candidates need to meet one of the following criteria:

Candidates have a JEE rank and qualified for JEE Advanced in that year
Based on candidate’s SAT score
MET 2024 rank holders, who could not come for counseling.
All Students with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and who have 60% or equivalent in PMX subjects in their 12th std. where X could be Chemistry, Computers Science, Biotechnology, Biology, Statistics or Engineering Drawing.

Admission Details

Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2024.

Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination & branch allocation on the basis of Merit.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is really good in fact the campus can be considered one of the best in india the size is around 50 acre right now without including hostel but they are increasing the size of campus every year like every 3-5 years they are adding another block in the university.
