Ph.D Computer Science Engineering shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.


Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must have obtained a Master’s degree (10+2+3+2) pattern or equivalent in that order) of MUJ or any other University recognized by UGC as equivalent thereto, in the relevant subject with not less than 55%* marks or CGPA of 5.5 and above in the 10 point scale.
  • (*5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Specially-abled candidates).

Admission Details

Selection of research scholars shall be based on the performance in both written test and interview to be conducted by the University twice in a year (June and December).
