Hope this helps!!
Hello aspirant,
Both top NLU colleges and DU are the top most universities in India and both these are equal. It is very tough for a candidate to get selected in both NLU and Delhi University. It will be far less expensive to study law at DU than an NLU. Candidates must first earn their graduate degree in order to be admitted to CLC, DU. Students can apply to NLUs as soon as they graduate from high school.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Dear aspirant,
Please confirm if you got an All India Rank of 859 in general category or Rank 859 in scheduled caste category? I would need you to mention your all India rank in general category to tell you the previous year cutoffs. This will thus function as a general trend to compare your chances.
However, you must know that these previous year cutoffs are merely indicative and not predictive. The cut-offs depend on many factors which change from year to year.
Please get back with the requisite information so that I could help you.
I hope this helps! Best of luck!
Dear Khyati,
Cut-offs depend on a lot of factors such as number of candidates, difficulty level of the paper etc. However, looking at the previous year trends, it is almost impossible to get a seat at any National Law University with a rank of 17,000 in the general category as the lowest cut-off is around 2000 odd rank.
Therefore, you may not get admission in any National Law University with this rank.

Hope this helps! Best of luck!
Hello Hrdyanshika,
The National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) will admit 180 students in the five year B.A.LLB academic programme in the year 2022 . These students will be admitted through CLAT counselling after qualifying for the CLAT examination.

Hello Aspirant
I hope you have a good day
You have a chance at the middle-lower NLUs if you fall under one of the reserved categories, or if you have a domicile in any of the upper-middle ranged NLUs ,you stand a chance.
I wish this information helps you.
Good Luck to you!
Hi,
I hope you are concerned to National Law University, Delhi . From previous trends, if you are interested in BA LLB , if you secure your rank upto 32 0 , there would be higher chances. For LLM course , you really need to do hard work to secure your rank below 150 , then you will have chance to get admission for this course.
I suggest you to put a little more effort to secure your rank below 320, as BA LLB has far easy criteria than LLM course. If your dream is LLM, then you really need to put great efforts as 369 is too much for same.
I hope it clarifies your doubt. Best of luck !
Thank you!
Hello,
As per your given information the cutoff for this year including the reserved category is much higher than what marks you have got in your CLAT exams this year. At 46.50, even if we are extremely optimistic, the score is too low for you to stand any chance to get into any NLU. However there is a up side to this data and that is you have a rank of 1410 and I would suggest you to put all the top NLU in your list because the closing ranks shown give an optimistic view of you making it to NLU. However, the OBC category ranks are not expressly mentioned anywhere which makes it difficult to predict. So the best option is to go forward and apply for top NLU and also give other Law entrance exams like MH Law CET, SLAT, etc.
Hope this helps
Hello,
The rank scored by you is really good but as you have not mentioned the field in which you are interested and also not any preference so it won’t be possible to give any suggestions of the colleges but as you already know your rank you can easily compare it with the cutoffs of the colleges in which you are looking for admission and accordingly you can decide which colleges have better chance of securing admission.
Thank you..
It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food
College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment. It has everything a class needs. It maintains a good hygiene and cleanliness. The foods are having great taste and are properly cooked.
